Gallipoli-Tours.com will charge the Money in Euro, USD or TRY currency
The value of the transaction may be subject to the foreign transaction, taxes, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank, credit card or debit card company may convert the payment into your local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on our website or agreed amount, and the final amount charged to your bank account, credit card or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company for more information if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
If you cancel the tour at least 45 calendar days in advance, there is no cancellation fee. Only %10 administration fee will be charged with the total amount.
If you cancel the tour between 31 and 45 calendar days prior to the start of the tour, %25 will be charged as cancellation fees.
If you cancel the tour between 21 and 30 calendar days prior to the start of the tour, %40 will be charged as cancellation fees.
If you cancel the tour between 8 and 20 calendar days prior to the start of the tour, %70 will be charged as cancellation fees.
If you cancel the tour within 7 calendar days prior to the start of the tour, %100 will be charged as cancellation fees. NO REFUNDS will be made to clients by Gallipoli-Tours.com.
Promotional Tours Cancellation Policy:
The full amount will be paid for the promotional tours. If you cancel the promotional tours that you booked, there are NO REFUNDS. %100 will be charged as cancellation fees.
Administration Fee:
For ALL cancellations a non-refundable administration fee of 10% will be charged on the total tour package or day tours price per person. This low administration fee is to cover the costs of administering your reservation and will be applied to all cancellations processed regardless of the tour start date.
